The MoT executive journey

We all think strategically, but do we know what lies beyond strategy? The future. We must be able to envisage future landscapes on which we will navigate our businesses. This MoT executive program will take you to a realm where technology is the champion of future success. You will become comfortable with creating new business spaces defined by markets, products, technologies and knowledge. Services and processes are included in this thinking. Technology-inspired business eras and economic waves are becoming more complex to comprehend. The MoT executive must acquire a new way of thinking and communicating in these fast evolving eras. Business models must be kept dynamic and the post-digital world where time plays such an important role in decision making and new innovative solutions must be explored. Roads and pathways should be mapped into these new landscapes. The ever-increasing importance of the human being in the midst of a cyber-physical world where augmented intelligence is fast becoming the norm must be recognised. To decide whether you are ready for these futures, a set of parameters and methodologies of measuring the future readiness of your company will be added to your MoT toolkit. Innovation and product or service adoption have become so close that the processes are often blurred. Do we know how to innovate for market adoption in a future world? All of this must be made practical through future leadership and emerging leaders in MoT must be developed to guide the enterprise to successfully execute its strategy.

Customising the program
You have a choice in how we bring this program to you. Our approach has always been one of customisation. We will design what suits your needs best. You may engage with all modules in predetermined intensity or a selected group which we will define together in the setting of our custom approach for you. For all modules we follow a path of learn, analyse, document and use.
1. First of all we have a training approach where we enrich your personal knowledge, or that of the team through course work. Here we use illustrative data to explain the principles and models we use.
2. In the second place we go beyond training and start incorporating data from your own enterprise and let the learning and analysis of your own environment merge, using the newly acquired tools.
3. This will then, thirdly, lead to a company blueprint for implementation. While you were learning, you documented your own approach to the future and have blueprints to work from.
4. In the fourth place you start implementing. I am available to coach you on a retainer basis for a limited time to hold your hand in implementation.
