What is a MoT executive? If you have a responsibility towards technology and strategy in your organisation you are a MoT executive. If you are using technology to execute the company’s strategy, this is for you. This program applies to you whether you are one of the C-suite executives, or if you are a project manager, team member or an individual that have to contribute in making your company work by selecting technology, applying technology, developing technology, doing R&D, innovate, and guide others working in the technology field. I will personally go on a journey with you or your team to help you succeed in this. Why you and me? You want to make sense of the fast moving technology business and markets, you want to excel as a technology manager or strategist, you are excited by the new world of work that technology has brought with it. You want to inspire others, especially young people, to become technology management specialists, you have a company to transform into a new disruptive market force, you are fascinated by how humans and technology co-exists in the workplace. I have been in the world of management of technology consulting for more than 35 years. I have accumulated tools that I developed or modified and project experience that taught me a unique approach towards management of technology. I have worked with many organisations, large and small, private and government on practical technology management incorporation, strategy and policy formulation and alignment of people over many different layers, from executive to project teams. I have spent nearly 10 years as a part-time academic and as board member of the international association that is the guardian over technology management as a discipline. My passion is transferring this knowledge. By doing this program together, you and I can grow our understanding of how we use technology to prosper, for us and the world around us.
