Creating the business space

Our business spaces are spanned by markets, products/services, technologies/processes and the knowledge that people have to become producers and consumers. We have to construct an appropriate business space to be comfortable with the world we work, live and transact in and become successful future enterprises. This requires complex analysis that involves market dynamics, competitiveness, technology readiness, technology maturity and an understanding of our value chain technologies which are our core business and cross-cutting technologies we need to conduct business in modern ways. Such a process is outlined in the diagram on the left. It covers the entire business space mapping. It adds to the strategy by an additional set of strategic technology interventions.
