This module contains a detailed and involved future readiness parameter definition and audit process to assist you as MoT executive to ensure the company is ready to face the future envisaged. It starts with the awareness of the future among people in the company. It sets the future readiness levels of being unprepared, busy preparing, being prepared, practicing future concepts or taking a lead in it. It then assesses the 4IR readiness of the company. Subsequently it takes the technology roadmap that was developed and assesses that in terms of being ready for implementation. To become future ready, a particular set of skills is required. The audit measures the state of these skills in the company. There are several implementation parameters that have to be achieved to be ready for the future. This is measured. The value chain technologies that were identified and plotted on the S-curves are considered in terms of technology readiness. Lastly, execution readiness is measured.
