Execution

There are three core process for execution that you as MoT executive must be familiar with – strategy that will tell where the business is going, people who will take the business into the future, and operations that include the long term outputs expressed in short term targets. Each of these elements require a set of detailed questions to audit the company whether it is executing the strategy according to the TOM. In essence promises are made by leaders who contribute to the establishment of a corporate culture so that results can be delivered through the right people in the right places. Ownership of execution does not lie with the executives and leaders only, but the entire company must be committed and accountable.
