By registering for this event, the registering organisation or individual is subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
Registration Fee
The registration fee includes the course fee, venue hire costs, refreshments and lunch for one delegate during the course days. The registration fee must be paid in full by 7 June 2024 to secure the venue for the dates booked (22 July – 2 August 2024)
Minimum number of delegates
The minimum number of delegates to attend the course is four. Delegates must register individually. Additional delegates are welcome to register.
Travel and Accommodation
Travel and accommodation arrangements and cost will be for the client. TechnoScene may advise on accommodation close to or in the course venue. TechnoScene will not make any bookings for accommodation and travel.
Delegate Substitutions
Delegate substitutions are welcome at any time. Please notify TechnoScene via e-mail of any changes in attendance.
Delegate Cancellations
All delegate cancellations must be received via email and are subject to the following conditions:
- For any cancellations received up to 30 days before the date of the of start of the event, a replacement delegate can be nominated by the client
- For any cancellations received less than 30 days before the date of the course, the non-refundable registration fee is forfeited and cannot be used as a credit.
- If a registered delegate does not cancel and fails to attend the event, no refund or will be issued.
TechnoScene Cancellation, Postponement and Rescheduling Terms
- In the event that TechnoScene cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited by means of a voucher for a future course to be used within one year of the cancellation date.
- In the event that TechnoScene postpones a course, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a credit voucher representing payments made towards a future course, to be used within one year of the postponement date.
- TechnoScene shall assume no liability whatsoever if the event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed.
Reasons for Cancellation, Postponement and Rescheduling by TechnoScene
- Reasons for cancellation, postponement and rescheduling by TechnoScene may include, but not be limited to extreme weather in the case of a physical event or other emergency or act of God.
- Please note that the course structure and topics are confirmed at the time of announcing the course, however, circumstances beyond the control of TechnoScene may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the course presenter and/or topics. As such, TechnoScene reserves the right to alter the advertised course and/or topics if necessary.
Indemnity
TechnoScene is indemnified in full for any damage or losses incurred while on the premises and does not take responsibility for any injuries sustained.
