A MoT Executive
What is a MoT (Management of Technology) executive? If you have a responsibility towards technology and strategy in your organisation you are a MoT executive. If you are using technology to execute the organisational strategy, this course is for you. This course applies to you whether you are an executive member of your organisation, or if you are a project manager, team member or an individual that have to contribute in making your organisation work by selecting technology, applying technology, developing technology, supporting or doing R&D, innovate, and guide others working in the science, technology and innovation field.
The scope of the course
The course is presented across the following levels:
- A training approach where personal knowledge of delegates is enriched by learning and applying what was learnt.
- Going beyond training only and start incorporating data from the delegates’ own organisation and let the learning and analysis of the client’s own environment merge, using the newly acquired future and technology management tools.
